Vladislav Gromov
Head of applications development
With extensive management experience for more than 29 years. As an approved trader, traded leveraged instruments on SGX-DT members’ margin accounts since 2013. Provided research, performance analysis, evaluated product functionalities and performance and propose enhancements to products. Drive market research studies to explore new technology and oversee development of business proposals for new opportunities. Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered. Master of Financial Economics (HONS), Master of Law.
Shanlik Shukurov
Chief Operating Officer
Shanlik has over 25 yrs of experience in trading, investment management, commodities, and finance. He is responsible for overall business unit strategy, product, and operations. He is professionally committed to the Investment IT industry. Before joining the company, Shanlik combined his technical and business acumen, serving in various senior leadership roles that developed regional expansion strategies from China to Europe, he has more than 10 years of experience in finance, operations, and leadership roles in Asia.
